Within this valid period, if you are unsatisfied with the product taste, product condition, or overall shopping experience, you may submit a formal refund application in accordance with our standard process, provided that the products meet the return and refund eligibility requirements and remain resalable unless otherwise specified for special product conditions.
All refund applications must be initiated through the official customer service process on our website. Private refund applications or offline applications without official system records will not be accepted and processed. Standard Refund Processing Timeline
